北京趣加科技有限公司招聘校招组HR实习生，岗位主要职责：协助完成校园招聘的跟进工作，包括但不限于需求收集、简历筛选、笔试安排、面试推进等，任职主要资格：具备英文网站的阅读理解能力，基础口语交流能力。
一、校招组HR实习生
岗位职责：
1. 协助完成校园招聘的跟进工作，包括但不限于需求收集、简历筛选、笔试安排、面试推进等：
2. 协助完成海外院校及候选人mapping及沟通；
3. 及时收集并反馈招聘相关信息和数据；
4. 支持校园招聘其他工作
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，23、24届毕业生，对校园招聘、人力资源有兴趣的优先；
2. 一周至少到岗4天，日后想从事招聘工作的优先；
3. 具备英文网站的阅读理解能力，基础口语交流能力；
4. 较好的沟通、协调能力，有敬业精神，工作细心。
